Favorite Paranormal and Urban Fantasy Series

A spin-off of Boundary Magic.  Scarlett Bernard knows about personal space: step within ten feet of her, and anything supernatural is instantly neutralized—vampires and werewolves become human again, and witches can’t cast the slightest spell. Scarlett uses her status as a null to cover up crime scenes for Los Angeles’s three most powerful magical communities, helping them keep humanity, and the LAPD, in the dark.

The Divine Series (6 book series) by Melanie Jackson. In 1816, Lord Byron stayed at the castle of Dr. Johann Dippel, the inspiration for Mary Shelley’s Baron von Frankenstein. Trapped there by a lightning storm, he was approached by the doctor and promised a cure for his epilepsy. The “cure” changed him forever.

Mercy Thompson (14 book series) by Patricia Briggs. Mercy Thompson is a shapeshifter, and while she was raised by werewolves, she can never be one of them, especially after the pack ran her off for having a forbidden love affair. So she’s turned her talent for fixing cars into a business and now runs a one-woman mechanic shop. But Mercy’s two worlds are colliding.

The Three Series (3 book series) by Kristen Ashley. Leah Buchanan’s family has been in service to vampires for five centuries. Even so, Leah wants nothing to do with her family’s legacy. Charley Davidson (13 book series)by Darynda Jones. Charley sees dead people. That’s right, she sees dead people.
